This scholarship was created by the Thunderbird Community Sports Foundation to allow students an opportunity to pursue sports related fields of study in college or university.  For example: Athletic training, Physical therapy, Sports Management, Sports Marketing or Parks & Rec Admin programs.  The Scholarship can be applied to either a 2 or 4-year program at any accredited University, Community College, Vocational or Technical School. 
  • One $1,500 scholarship awarded each year
  • Graduating student from a high school in the South Puget Sound region
  • Senior who plans to pursue sports related fields of study in college or university

MEET NATALIE KELLY
   
Natalie Kelly is the 2012 Thunderbird Community Sports Foundation recipient.  Natalie is currently pursuing her career goal of becoming a Physical Therapist (PT).  She plans to unite her love for sports and health in this profession.  Natalie was recently voted President of the Future Physical Therapist Society of Youngstown State University.
